Delete your Revio account

This page explains how to delete your account for the Revio app and revio.al.

1. How to delete your account

In the app

Go to: Profile → Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password (and your company name if you are the last user).

On the web

Log in at revio.al, go to your profile page and select Delete account.

Without access to the app or web

Email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

2. What will be deleted

• Your login, sessions, API tokens, and push notification devices.
• If you are the last user of your company, the company account is closed and all related data is deleted, including:
  • Marketplace requests and items
  • Quotes sent and received
  • Products, notes, tags
  • Automations, templates, settings
  • Message history

3. What is not deleted and why

• The claimed business returns to the public register. Businesses come from the Albanian state register (QKB) and are shared across users. Your claim is removed, but the registry entry remains.
• Data that must be retained for legal obligations (e.g. invoices, accounting records), according to applicable laws in Albania.
• Backups, which are automatically overwritten within 30 days.

4. Timing

• Deletion via app or web is immediate and cannot be undone.
• Email requests are processed within 30 days.
• Backups are permanently removed within 30 days.
