Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Revio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and individuals who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Revio is a B2B intelligence platform that provides access to a database of Albanian businesses, campaign tools (email, WhatsApp, SMS), and CRM functionality. We provide the Service on a subscription basis with a 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of applicable law
• Send marketing emails without a working unsubscribe link and the sender's true identity
• Use contact lists that were purchased, rented, or collected without a lawful basis for processing
• Harvest or collect data in an automated manner without prior written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service
• Violate any applicable Albanian or international law or regulation

Unsubscribe requests must be honored immediately; the platform enforces them automatically through a global suppression list. We monitor bounce and complaint rates and reserve the right to limit or suspend sending for any account that exceeds acceptable thresholds or violates this policy.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis in Albanian Lek (ALL) or Euro (EUR). All fees are non-refundable except within the first 14 days of a new paid subscription ("satisfaction guarantee").

We reserve the right to change pricing with 60 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Revo Technologies SH.P.K. and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

Data you import or create within the platform remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Revo Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tirana, Albania.
