When you use Revio, we collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, and company details when you register — as well as information generated through your use of the platform, including search queries, campaign data, and CRM activity.
We also collect technical data automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent. This helps us improve performance and security.
Revio's directory contains business (B2B) contact data sourced from publicly available registers — including the National Business Center (QKB) — from public online sources, and from partner data providers. This data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest for business-to-business communication, in accordance with the GDPR and Albanian data protection law.
If you would like your business data corrected or removed from the directory, write to us at [email protected] and we will handle your request within 30 days.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Revio's services; to process transactions and send related information; to send transactional and promotional communications (you can opt out at any time); and to monitor and analyze usage trends.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Every marketing email sent through the Revio platform contains a working unsubscribe link and the sender's identity. Unsubscribe requests take effect immediately and the address is added to a global suppression list, which is honored by all future campaigns on the platform.
We automatically process bounce and complaint reports: invalid addresses are removed from further sending, and accounts with high bounce or complaint rates are limited or suspended. Sending unsolicited messages (spam) is prohibited under our Terms of Service.
We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform — such as hosting, analytics, payment processing, and email delivery providers (including Amazon Web Services / Amazon SES for email delivery) — under strict confidentiality obligations and data processing agreements. We may also disclose information when required by Albanian law or a valid legal process.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

You can delete your Revio account at any time, without needing to contact us. Open the account deletion page, sign in and confirm the request.
Once deleted, your profile, contacts, campaigns and other personal data tied to the account are deleted or anonymized within 90 days, as described in section 6. Data we are required to keep for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. invoices) is kept only for as long as the law requires.
